Room size tight with a noticeable lack of comfort. Cold shower with leaks in the bathroom. Breakfast variety limited with stale options. Air conditioning malfunctioned and power points were unreliable.

A special thanks to superbly friendly and amicable staff. The rooms are huge and brand-new, and are complete with a large breakfast, beds built for hobbits plus jacuzzi.

The hotel was very close to Termini station so was very conveninent to access all modes of transportation. Property seemed secure.
The room was dated and dim. Wireless wasnt free and was still unreliable even after paying for it.

Dina is located in an interesting building near Termini. The room I stayed in was spacious, quite rare in Rome. The staff were kind , which definitely enhanced my experience.
Breakfast variety was somewhat limited.

Location was very good. Very close to the train station and restaurants.Desk clerk was very nice and helpful.
It is very old and needs remodeling really badly. Wallpaper coming off walls and window shutter looks like it could fall off anytime. Bed spreads had holes in them. No air conditioning, however, it does have a ceiling fan.

It was conveniently located for us as we needed to be near Termini Train Station the next day. It was also close to the ancient city.
The decor is a little dated and our room smelled of smoke. Although there was convenient public transport, it was quite a walk to some of the main sights. Compared to where we stayed a few days previously, it was overpriced - even with the Booked.net special offer.

perfect spot for city walking and discovering landmarks
the location was amazing, just a few steps from the basilica of st mary of the angels and the martyrs, making it super easy to start my city strolls and visit iconic landmarks like the trevi fountain which is almost 2 km away, allowing me to soak in the beautiful park views along the way.

I enjoyed the spacious room in a charming historic building near Termini station. The location made exploring the city super easy. The friendly staff added to the pleasant atmosphere. I found the breakfast quite basic, with limited choices like boiled eggs and stale bread. The shower had issues with water temperature, often running cold. Some common areas showed signs of disrepair and dust.

The location is the only positive aspect this hotel got going.
Unless you are a complete Spartan, I do not think you will enjoy your stay at this hotel. During the three days we were there, we did not find any evidence of cleaning, besides new towels. Shower was moldy and the shower head was not great. We only got one travel sized packet of shampoo and one little packet of soap, that is for three days for two people to use. If you do decide to stay at this hotel, be sure to bring your own shampoo, etc. There is WiFi in the hotel, but you have to pay for it and you can only use it at the reception, which is very inconvenient.Personally, I would not classify this hotel as 3 stars, more like 2. The front is nice-looking, but that front also belongs to more than one hotel.
